The Ledge

My Daughter Kate lives in Moab, Utah. I visit her once a year and have enjoyed participating in the Red Rock Plein Air Festival for four out of the past five years. The Ledge is a wall of rock that begins entering town from the south and continues to the down town and turns to the west as one travels north, out of town. I find it interesting from where ever I am within the city limits at any time of day. This particular stretch is a view that makes me stop and enjoy, particularly in the morning as the sun rises over the LaSal Mountains to the east.
